Term 3 general information
24 July - 18 September
You can register for any training that you would like to take part in, in just one registration form!
All of our coaches wear a bright orange shirt and are easily identifiable
Casuals are welcome to come along to training at any time and do not have to register. This is a real benefit for anyone that knows they can only make a few sessions.
If you come along to training and are not registered (except for club coaches), you are treated as a casual and will be charged $15. Payment is due on the day and before training starts. For advanced training as a casual, the license to play WFL is not included in the casual rate and must be purchased seperatly at $60 for the year.
Please contact me for a license.
Please keep on signing in with Karl every time you attend.
We will run separate dedicated beginners sessions for 3 weeks in a row at the end of each term. These sessions will be advertised, will be free taster sessions and are aimed at new comers who then might want to join a Social team for the following term and/or join the Social training session for the following term.
Adult social training
The new Social Floorball training is aimed at players already playing Floorball in our Sunday league who want to train regularly to improve their skills. The sessions are mixed and focus will be on individual skills and team skills/mini games in a social and fun environment.
These sessions are for adult players only. Social players do not need a license.
$60 per term or $15 for one casual session
WFL, advanced players and U19
Note: U19 club players are now training on Tuesdays, not Thursdays
In term 3 a lot of our training participants are taking part in the WFO. As such, the training team selection this term will be based on the WFO elite grade trials held on 24 July, 7.30-9.30pm. Anyone that is not taking part in the WFO but is signing up for training, will be allocated to a team by our coaches. (Non WFO players do not take part in the trial)
Goalies will also be allocated to the teams.
Each team will have a dedicated player coach and train with the same group of people and the same coach for the entire term.
Training times for this term on Tuesday for the WFO senior teams are as follows:
Open grade teams and anyone not playing in a Wellington Storm team: 19:30 – 20:30
Wellington Storm Elite grade teams: 20:30 – 21:30
$70 per term including License or $15 per casual session plus $60 for a whole year license for those who play WFL.
REGISTER FOR THE WFO ($40)
Every player needs a valid license to take part in the WFL. If you have registered and paid for WFL training then the license is already included. Players who do not wish to take part in training but want to play in the WFL need to purchase a license. This is valid from 01/07/2018-30/06/2019 and costs $60. When you recieve your email invitation from your team captain you will need to add the license item to your registration unless you are taking part in advanced or U19 training.
