Timbi Poon is the coach and selector for the team. The team is open for all (men and women). Please register your interest for the team via email or in person at Tuesday night advanced trainings.
We prefer that you use online payment during the registration process for any event, but if you need to transfer fees for any reason please do this to:
Please insert an easy to understand reference along with the players name when paying direct into the bank account. Email firstname.lastname@example.org once this has been completed.
Everyone that takes part in our training sessions must register and pay the season upfront.
But if you have come along during the season and want to have your child join our training then please contact us and we will see if we have a spot for them.
Yes! Our social league is for everybody. Young, old, small, big, super fit, not fit at all. There is a spot for everyone and we are all very friendly!
We have club merchandise for sale. This will be available for collection on training nights or as agreed with us.
You will need a licence to join our advanced Wellington Floorball League and their training sessions.
You will automatically purchase a licence when you sign up to advanced/WFL training.
All of Wellington Floorball Club's games are played at the ASB Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbernie 6022
We provide sticks for players who don’t have their own for all our activities. So all you need is indoor gym gear and indoor court shoes.
Club credits can be used for payments towards training fees, club run holiday programmes, team fees for competitions run by the Club (including certain tournaments) and Club merchandise. Club credits can’t be used for purchasing Floorball equipment as that is not sold through the club.
Referees for our Social League, Wellington Floorball League and for the Junior League are rewarded with club credits. We also have a group of people providing coaching to schools during school hours and these coaches get also rewarded with club credits. If you are interested in either becoming a referee or a coach, please get in contact with us.

The Club doesn’t organise teams for the Social League but we can try and connect you with teams looking for more players, so send us an email with your contact details. A good way to find teams is to come along to a training session on Tuesday evening and meet other players that way.
Adult trainings are run in all four terms and sign-up is term by term. A link to the up to date registration form will be posted here.
Junior training sign-up is for a whole season. The summer season includes terms 4 and 1, the winter season includes terms 2 and 3. Sign up is at the start of each season and to register visit this page.
Adult trainings can be joined at any stage but costs for the term still apply as for a full term.
Junior trainings can be joined at the beginning of a season. Late joining of juniors depends on available spaces and can not be guaranteed. To find out, please contact us.
If you pay by credit card there will be a 3.9 percent fee added to your total.
Everyone under 16 is a Junior.
